Upper Truckee Marsh

Upper Truckee Marsh South Project

Overview

The California Tahoe Conservancy is early in the planning process for restoration and public access improvements at the south end of the Upper Truckee Marsh, including the site of the former Motel 6. Public outreach began in spring 2025. The Conservancy is analyzing input collected from the public. Later in 2025, the Conservancy expects to share recommendations and gather further public feedback.
