Dennis T. Machida Memorial Greenway Dedication

The California Tahoe Conservancy invites you to celebrate the completion of critical sections of the Dennis T. Machida Memorial Greenway and to honor the legacy of Dennis T. Machida, the Conservancy’s first executive director.
Date: June 16, 2022
Time: 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Dennis T. Machida Memorial Greenway on the east side of Trout Creek bridge. Parking is available near the Physical Education Building at Lake Tahoe Community College.
*We recommend arriving at the College by 1:30 p.m. to ensure adequate time to walk to the event location.

Access to the outdoor dedication event site will require an approximate 1/3-mile walk, including a short distance on uneven ground. The dedication site is in full sun—we recommend you bring hats, sunscreen, and water containers. Water coolers will be available onsite.
