The California Tahoe Conservancy seeks proposals for services in support of its preparation of a strategic plan for 2024-2029. The primary element of this contract is writing and editing the strategic plan. Conservancy staff, Board, and external audience engagement will inform the content development process. Staff intends to lead internal and external engagement with support from the Contractor. The Contractor will lead Board engagement and will incorporate engagement feedback as lead content drafter. The Conservancy’s 2018-2023 Strategic Plan serves as a strong foundation for the new plan.
