Questions Regarding CTA22029 Communications Support Services
Q1. Is there a list or inventory of specific custom print and digital communication materials the Conservancy would like designed and produced?
No.
Q2. Is printing included in the budget or is this outside the scope of services required?
The Conservancy does not expect to include printing in this contract.
Q3: Attachment 3 is labeled a “sample” Cost Proposal Worksheet. Are the positions identified (Program Manager, Account Personnel, Media Buyer) prescriptive and required?
No, these positions are examples only. No specific positions or titles are required.
Q4: Attachment 3 contains a reference to “Exhibit A-1” however, it does not appear the RFP package includes Exhibit A-1. Is this Exhibit available?
Attachment 3 is a sample worksheet for proposers to use in developing a cost proposal. That worksheet is a sample only. This RFP has no Exhibit A-1.
Q5: Attachment 3 contains a section titled “TASK/ACTIVITY (as outlined in Exhibit A-1)”. What tasks are bidders being asked to price?
That worksheet is a sample only. This RFP has no Exhibit A-1. For the purposes of the cost proposal spreadsheet, proposers should consider this RFP to have one task, which is described in the Scope of Work section on page 3 of the RFP.
Q6: The Scope of Work describes the design and production of materials that promote and help facilitate Conservancy and EIP programs and projects, including the TCSI. Does the Conservancy anticipate proposals that provide specific ideas/recommendations, and the corresponding pricing? Alternatively, is it anticipated that the Conservancy will provide additional detail and requests for specific materials post-award (as described in the “Deliverables” section)?
The Conservancy expects to provide more specific guidance on work products once the contract has been awarded and throughout the duration of the contract.
For purposes of developing a cost proposal in response to this RFP, proposers may anticipate dedicating the following percentages of time to the activities described in the Scope of Work. These percentages are approximate and the amount of time the selected contractor will dedicate to each activity may vary significantly over the course of the contract, as determined by the Conservancy’s needs.
