October afforded the opportunity to bid a fond farewell to retiring longtime Resources and Public Access Program Manager Penny Stewart, celebrate another successful crew season, and plan for the future at the annual State Conservancy Summit. We are also excited about the Governor’s recent approval of the Parks Bond which, if passed by the voters in June 2018, would inject much-needed funding for high priority restoration and recreation projects throughout the Basin.
