Asset Land Sales Overview
From our inventory of nearly 5,000 properties, 17 qualify as asset lands.
The Conservancy will consider selling parcels only when they are not needed to achieve Conservancy conservation or recreation goals, or when State ownership is no longer necessary to achieve the goals of the original acquisition.
